We worked with Tom twice, so far. I will continue to make him our first call when buying and refinancing any properties in the future. He was a joy to work with and made the process painless. One of the two times, Tom facilitated an out of state purchase for us when we couldn’t both be there for the closing. Paperwork was shipped back and forth and was where it needed to be, when we needed it to be there. I can’t say enough about Tom. He will be our lender/liaison for as long as he continues to be in the business!
